MDK Thosai Mix is manufactured using premium quality Ulundu Flour & Rice Flour under the strict hygienic conditions. The products are packed in specially designed laminated pouches to preserve their freshness, flavor and to enhance the shelf life.
How to Make
1. Put the MDK Thosai mix into bowl & mix the rising agent which is in the small packet inside the Thosai mix packet.
2. Then mix it thoroughly with about 4 cups of pain water.
3. Cover the bowl and leave the mixture for about half an hour and add salt to taste.
4. Pour a spoonful of Thosai mixture into a heated thosai pan and prepare your Thosai.
